White garlic soup
  • 4 oz (1/2 cup) blanched, peeled (slivered) almonds
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • Bread (about 5 slices white bread)
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Vinagre blanco
  • Salt


Blend the almonds, add the garlic and blend again. Mix and add the other ingredients, place all the ingredients into a food processor or blender. Blend on pulse until smooth.
Add water to get a thicker paste
Serve very chilled.
